KENT OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

We're in print!

In 2017 we published a book entitled ‘The Multi-Sensory Reminiscence Activity Book: 52 Weekly Group Session Plans for Working with Older Adults’. Our hope is that this book enables a wider community of people to engage in the Multi-Sensory Reminiscence Activity group.

Full of useful resources

As occupational therapists we know the benefits to people of being part of a therapeutic group. We have used our knowledge and skills to create this book, providing you with the resources you need to run the Multi-Sensory Reminiscence Activity group.

I used the book each week during lockdown when the group I ran was moved to Zoom. I found the book to be an invaluable resource. It helped to make the weekly Zoom meetings more meaningful bringing subjects to life through the discussions, music and downloadable resources. The choice of session titles spoke to people’s life experiences and sparked animated conversations.
