How long have You worked with Kent occupational therapy?

April 2022.

what do you like about being an OT?

My career in occupational therapy has given me the opportunity to work with a variety of client groups over the years including mental health and learning disability services. I particularly enjoy my role with children supporting them to reach their potential in participation in everyday activities. It is always a privilege to work with parents and carers, helping them integrate opportunities and strategies into everyday life, that make a difference to the participation and quality of life their child can experience.

Outside of work

I am a keen advocate of promoting healthy living and enjoy regular outdoor exercise including running and tennis. I am an avid reader of anything in relation to current affairs, cooking, and physical and psychological wellbeing.
